Serving gold, platinum and coal operations from our Gauteng facility, we supply robust roofsupport systems and specialist accessories engineered to perform in the toughest underground conditions.
Our flagship solution — roof support systems
Our lead product is a purpose-built roofsupport system developed for deeplevel mining. It is transportable across South Africa and designed to deliver controlled yielding and load distribution in high-stress environments. The system is engineered for durability, ease of installation and consistent performance under repeated loading.

Mining support accessories
We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of accessories to complement our primary support systems:
- Headboards (load spreaders): Increase hanging wall area coverage and distribute load more evenly across the roof support.
- Footplates: Prevent Rocprop punching in soft rock conditions by spreading loads across a larger footprint.
- Cone-setting tools: Simple, effective tools designed to set yielding components quickly and reliably during installation.

C & Z Purlins and Girts
Manufactured from hightensile galvanized steel, our C and Z section purlins and girts are available plain or prepunched for rapid on-site assembly. They are suitable for roofing, wall cladding and mezzanine structures.
Roof & Ceiling Battens
Lightweight yet stiff, our roof and ceiling battens are a durable and economical replacement for timber battens. Made from high tensile zinc/al steel, they retain shape and alignment for the lifetime of the installation.
Roofcap Batten — Reroofing made easy
The roofcap batten lets you install new cladding directly over an existing roof. Insulation is placed between the old and new layers and the new roof is fixed to the cap batten — a fast, costeffective reroofing solution.
Door Frames, Stud Plates & Nogging
We manufacture robust steel door frames and wall framing components in a variety of widths and gauges. Our systems are precisionformed and engineered to provide long-term dimensional stability and strength.
